ROAM Capital acts as a secondary intermediary in situations where an investor may be looking to sell individual positions or investment portfolios in alternative investments funds or vehicles. These positions may be direct investments or fund investments in private equity, real estate, or private credit assets.

By participating as a secondary advisor, ROAM Capital seeks to assist its clients and investors in typically one of the following areas: portfolio re-balancing by geography or sector, a shift in investment strategy, reducing a manager roster, cash flow concerns, regulatory pressures, or the liquidation of a company.

Given ROAM Capital’s long-standing investor relationships in Latin America, the United States, and Europe, the sale of these individual positions or portfolios are typically conducted off-market and transact quickly, with discretion and anonymity.
